1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (INSTANT DOWNLOADS)

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)
If Shine Girl, Shine sells physical products in the future, our return and refund policy will be as follows:
- Returns: Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement.
